Scrapbooking
Leota Romick, Consultant, Creative Memories, Greeley, CO
I am looking forward to meeting each one of you and to teach you some techniques in scrapbooking. I will keep it simple and fun for you.
If you plan to attend one day only you will have the opportunity to make cards, page accents and/or gift tags using the various shape makers we have - circle, square, heart, newest one - sweetheart, paisley, petal, snowmaker, corner, meadow-friendship-galaxy micro and tag makers. Cost - $5
For those who can attend both days you will have the opportunity to make a Paper Album. This album is 6.5 x 6.5: has 6 sheets (12 pages); acid free; 14 double-sided paper sheets; 12 double-sided photo mats; 1 sheet clear title stickers; 1 sheet epoxy stickers; 1 sheet die-cut flourishes and 1 envelope. There will be a variety of styles. You will need to bring 20+ pictures of some event-happening-celebration, etc you would choose to use in the album. This can be of pets as well. My husband made one of wheat harvest this past summer. One picture will be on the cover to show the topic of the album. As above, you will be using some shape makers. In addition you will learn to organize your pictures, crop the picture and to use the cutting system. Album-making on a small scale. Cost $16
I will need a count of those who wish to do the paper album so please respond to either my telephone number (970-330-1905) or email (leesalbums@netzero.net) by January 15 which will give me time to order more paper albums to have available.
Note: For researchers and ag businessmen - this is an excellent way to "visually" present your research, or market your product, or capture the bumper crop forever. This is not just for the ladies. Step out of the box and try it! You don't have to use all the frills. Still can't quite bring yourself to doing it? Then bring your wife with you to the conference and have her do it.
thank you for reading this and giving it your consideration as to what your would like to do at my scrapbooking breakout at your conference in February. It will be fun!! Don't forget to reply your choice by January 15th!!
Leota romick, Creative Memories Consultant - pay for supplies at the workshop.
